Morning Edition

Been coming here for quite some time! Very nice and clean atmosphere. Staff are amazing food is great! I tried the apple pie French toast because of a review here. Definitely not disappointed at all! My kid devours the chicken & waffles. And honestly, I would too! They're soft-launching a bar (brunch alcohol offering? Separate location? Ikd) and offered free mimosas today! I normally don't drink but I accepted the offer. They added a strawberry slice which was a lovely touch. I hope there successful with this new offering!

Good brunch place to come with friends and family. Service was good considering they were on a wait and the place was full. We came on Sunday around 11 am and we were able to get a table very quickly. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with hash browns, eggs over medium and pancakes. It was good but the chicken could’ve used more seasoning in the breading. I added some salt and pepper to it but it could’ve used a little more seasoning. I also had the mimosa and it was delicious. Hash browns were nice and crispy and my eggs were cooked over medium to perfection. Pancakes were super moist, fluffy and a bunch of butter (very delicious). My friend ordered the Alamo Fire omelette with hash browns and French toast. She said it was delicious and she added some salsa to it. The French toast was great but they had a ton of butter on it so she had to dump it off to put syrup on it. She also had the Irish coffee which has Bailey’s and Jameson which was super strong. She said it was good but needed to top off with coffee bc it was so strong! Overall it was a great experience since the server was very nice and attentive. I took one star off bc the chicken fried chicken breading could’ve been seasoned a bit better. We would go back!

Yum! My father and I eat breakfast here almost every Sunday. Such a pleasant staff and atmosphere. On Sunday you have to get there by 9:30 am to avoid a wait. After 9:30 am a local church service ends and they become busy. They have a great breakfast menu. I have never eaten lunch there, but my sister was visiting and due to the time change she ordered lunch instead of breakfast. She enjoyed the tuna salad sandwich. She drinks tea instead of coffee and they offered a variety of flavors. I ordered a peach and pecan waffle without pecans and it was yummy. What I really like about this restaurant is they put the butter on the food in the kitchen. You don't spend 5 mins spreading butter on your food and waving down a waitress/waiter for more. They utilize technology which makes the ordering and paying quick and simple. They don't take your card to the back, which I've been told is a big deal in the UK. Food comes out fast. By the time I finish adding cream to my coffee my food is exiting the kitchen. If you're looking for delicious breakfast or lunch this is the place. They are nice, fast, yummy food, pleasant environment and my father and I enjoy walking Parker Square afterwards.
